SIELINE S.A.provides technical support to its customers based on the following axis: 

  • The study and selection of products of complex projects

  • The care and support of steady technical operation of products and devices with automation and control systems 

  • Monitoring the quality of technical support through education and control services

The Technical Support of Sieline covers the following areas:

Study of Installation. Our technical qualified consultants having technical training, education and experience are able to create a complete study of installation for the clients based on documented proposals along with cost analysis (technical and design consultant services). 

Technical manuals and specialized installation instructions for maintenance and system operations. Technical manuals are available with their full designs to the Downloads section of the site. Some technical manuals may not be available due to the complexity of the application, but can be available in case that are required. 

Training seminars on the new products and the new systems of SIELINE. The company pays special attention to the training of its personnel both technical as well as administrative, with training seminars that are taking place not only in Athens but also in other European cities as well.

Transfer of know-how. SIELINE transfers all the technological knowledge (know-how) of the multinational company Dimplex in the specific field that it represents in Greece.
